My Poor Phone

My phone broke and I am so angry about it...okay, the whole thing didn't break, just the text messaging. If any one knows me at all then you will understand my pain, texting is all I do. I hate having to hold real conversations on the phone, I blame this on technology and the internet for making me lose most, if not all, of my social skills.

You might be thinking, why don't you just call the company and tell them. Well, I tried that. My phone is on my sisters company line, however, and she has to be there to give me some code and okay it. As luck would have it, she is out of town until monday. GRRRR...

SO, if anyone wants to get a hold of me...sigh...you'll have to call.

Pray for my phone.

Oh, to make things worse...I have been really sick. I missed work and school yesterday and this morning. I would have ditched out this afternoon as well, but my boss' daughter was going in for surgery so I had to cover for her. BOOO...

Delta, Money, and Sky Miles

To explain yesterdays post as to WHY Cody gets to go first class...

I was planning on going to London in December for one of my favorite people in the whole worlds wedding (love you Caroline), but since I was trying to plan a wedding and it was finals week, I had to cancel it. The airline then gave me money credit to go towards another flight. That credit had to be used under my name and in a certain amount of time. We used that to get my Hawaii ticket, in coach. The second ticket, Cody's, was coming from my sisters sky miles. Heidi is awesome and gives us almost anything and everything we could possibly want or need. I love my sister...and not just because of that. It is normally around 70,000 to get a ticket, but apparently DELTA (boo delta) has some policy, aka scam, where they make it impossible to actually use your miles. You can only have so many people per flight using discounted tickets. After a struggle and a lot of persuasion we got the lady from delta to cut us some slack and let us use the miles. She was from India, so this is my official salute to people from there...they have won me over. She said, however, the only possible way was if he flew first class...almost 90,000 sky miles. We decided, what the heck, we might as well...

SO, there you have it. Boring. haha. I did tell him that I at least get to sit up there on the flight home (its a red eye...haha).

Hawaii

I would just like everyone to know that Cody and I are going to hawaii May 22-28. We are very excited about that...the only lame thing is, he gets to fly first class while I'm stuck in coach. What a rip off. I guess that is just the luck of the draw.

Just an update

Right now I am bored out of my mind waiting for Cody to finish his homework so we can go play guitar hero with Matt and Reagan. Its a saturday night...come on now...ANYWAY, I decided while I waited to update anyone who dares read this on our lovely exciting lives.

Here goes...

When we first got married, my dad was nice enough to give us a bed. It had a really nice new mattress...the rest of it wasn't too bad either. We were pretty excited, until we found out that we couldn't get the whole thing up the stairs to our apartment. We made several attempts, but all that would fit was the mattress. At one point we had the box spring jammed in the stair case and we had to call Caleb to drive over and help us get it out. So, failing miserably we took the rest of the bed back to my dad. Since then have been sleeping on a mattress on the floor. Cody, who likes things neat and organized, decided that would not due. So, he built a bed. Its pretty sweet. We set it up last night and tried it out for the first time. I really liked it, but for some reason when i woke up in the morning I was like almost falling off the bottom edge. Who knows why.

Also, today we got to go to lunch at a nice Thai place in Provo and then went ice skating with Jenn and Avery Johnson. It was really fun. There was this weird old man skating around with old school head phones, singing and dancing. He was the highlight of my trip. Especially when some little kid totally ran him over and he started yelling at him. I laughed very hard inside my own head.

Now that you are sufficiently bored, I'll end this.

Cody's Birthday

Cody turned the big 2-7. He says he doesn't like celebrating birthdays, but he married a girl that does.

First, he opened his presents at midnight. He couldn't wait. I got him a pedometer. Mainly because I have one for a competition at my work and he was always making fun of it...his way of hiding his jealousy. We have daily competitions now to see who gets the most amount of steps...he always wins. The other gift was an alarm clock that plays your ipod and projects the time onto the ceiling. Its pretty sweet.

When we woke up in the morning I had a good buddy of mine (thanks steve you rock) deliver us breakfast in bed...Cody's favorite...a carne asada breakfast burrito from Beto's. I am definitally not a morning person...how hideous.

After that I headed to work and he headed to school. I left work a little early and decorated the kitchen so that when he got home he would have a nice little surprise. It is also a tradition that the birthday boy (or girl) gets a crown. This one came from the forever famous burger king.

Last but not least we headed to dinner at Outback. We were also going to go to nicklecade, but there was a whiteout and people were stuck everywhere. We ended up staying an extra hour or two at the restaurant and ran out of time.

All and all, it turned out to be a great day...Valentines as well held some celebration, but I don't have any pictures from it :( Cody did a bunch of cute things for me though. Our room was filled with "Reasons Why I love Hanna". I'm a sucker for things like that.

Tumbling Gym

This was the night before our wedding. We went to the tumbling gym in south provo. It was excellent...especially when christie was trying to do tricks into the pit. Holly rolled her ankle, but besides that we had a grand old time. It was a good way for us to loosen our nerves before the big day.

Motel 6

These are some pictures of the Motel 6. That is the kitchen where I was attempting to cook something, our living room with the mirror Cody made me for christmas, and our bedroom wall where we place all of our shoes and clothing. This was before we actually "decorated", not that it is a whole lot better now...but whatever.

Swim Shorts

On our honeymoon Cody forgot his swimsuit, so he wore my shorts instead. I think he might actually look better in them than I do.
I freaking love this picture...ha ha ha...my husband is so cute!
